As a rugged device, the ACC ES Rugged Appliance incorporates a fan-less design, solid-state storage, and an 8-port PoE switch, all packaged in a heavy-duty enclosure. As a result, it is designed to provide a reliable edge solution that is suited for harsh environmental conditions such as extreme temperatures, without requiring the addition of expensive air conditioning and/or heating systems.
